The Belize Diabetes, Heart and Stroke Association of New York is dedicated to empowering individuals affected by diabetes, heart disease, and stroke through education, support, and advocacy. We strive to enhance the quality of life for those living with these conditions by promoting awareness, prevention, education and access to resources for effective management and treatment. Through community engagement, research initiatives, and partnerships, we aim to reduce the prevalence and impact of diabetes, heart disease, and stroke, ultimately working towards a healthier and more resilient society.
